Copperas Cove, part of the Killeen-Temple-Fort Hood MSA, is in one of the fastest growing markets in the state of Texas. Located just off the high-tech corridor between Dallas and Austin, it is rapidly becoming the preferred location for back office, light industries, and retail operations. Its one-hour proximity to Austin lends itself as an ideal location for expanding high-tech companies and their suppliers.

Our friendly community is nestled between five hills in Central Texas. Over the years, the citizens of Copperas Cove have retained a small town atmosphere of friendliness and neighborliness. Known as the “Gateway to the Texas Hill Country”, Copperas Cove’s countryside is dotted with beautiful native flowers and abundant wildlife.

Copperas Cove is located immediately adjacent to Fort Hood, a 340 square mile military installation (214,968 acres.) Fort Hood is the only post in the United States capable of stationing and training two Armored Divisions. The annual impact of Fort Hood on the Central Texas economy is more tha $7.1 billion.
