The analysis of the Central Texas labor force leads to several conclusions: the area has a highly skilled and very well-educated labor pool; the majority of unemployed will work for under $20 per hour; and has a good supply of available part-time and shift labor.

Copperas Cove EDC has compiled a searchable database of available sites and locations in the Copperas Cove area. This database allows for searches using a variety of parameters such as acreage, square footage, price, for lease or for sale or both, and street address.
Community incentives will be equally available to qualifying existing businesses and those recruited from outside Coryell County.
Negotiable local incentives are awarded based on an Economic Impact Analysis. Incentives might include workforce training funds, relocation allowances, infrastructure improvements, developed or undeveloped land, one-stop municipal permitting, waiver of municipal fees, Reinvestment Zone plus Job Fair assistance and sponsorship.
